Dilution - Cash
The Dilution - Cash value is calculated as follows,
Dilution - Cash = ((Credits + Adjustments)/(Credits + Adjustments)+Collections)*100.
If all the values are 0.00% for Dilution - Sales and Dilution - Cash fields, then the Dilution - Sales and Dilution - Cash fields will not be shown in the report.
Ineligible %
The Ineligible % is calculated as follows,
Ineligible % = (Ineligible/ Total AR)*100.
Inventory Reliance %
The Inventory Reliance % value is calculated based on report preferences and selected collateral types under Basic Parameters page. If there is no value or negative value for Inventory Reliance, the default value is zero. The Inventory Reliance % is calculated as follows:
Inventory Reliance % = (((O/S Loan Balance/ Letter Of Credit/ Loan Reserves) - Based on Selected Collateral in Report Preference)/ (O/S Loan Balance/ Letter Of Credit/ Loan Reserves))*100 .
Borrowing Base Leverage %
The Borrowing Base Leverage % value is calculated based on report preferences and selected collateral types under Basic Parameters page. The Borrowing Base Leverage % is calculated as follows:
Borrowing Base Leverage% =((O/S Loan Balance/Letter Of Credit/ Loan Reserves)/ Based on Selected Collateral)*100.
Min(Selected collateral in report preference, Line Limit with Reserve) to be taken as denominator in the calculation.
BB Suppressed Availability
If Total Available For Advance is greater than Approved Line Less Reserves value, the BB Suppressed Availability will be calculated as Total Available For Advance - Approved Line Less Reserves; otherwise the BB Suppressed Availability value will be “0.00”.
If there is no reserve set for the Credit Line of any BBC, then Total Available For Advance will be compared with Approved Line. i.e., if Total Available For Advance > Approved Line, therefore the BB Suppressed Availability will be calculated as Total Available For Advance - Approved Line; otherwise the BB Suppressed Availability value will be “0.00”.
Total Suppressed Availability
Total Suppressed Availability is calculated as,
Total Suppressed Availability = A/R Suppressed Availability + Inventory Suppressed Availability + Other Collateral Suppressed Availability.
The calculation on Suppressed Availabilities is based on the Report Preference settings done under Basic Parameters page. Hence whenever settings are updated in report preference, the Suppressed Availability calculation of all the history (approved) BBCs of that particular client needs to be updated with that latest settings.
You may generate the outputs in PDF and Excel format by clicking the and
icons respectively.
If atleast one of the loans displayed in the loan activity is not mapped to the Collateral Loans/BBC in Loan Category field under Participation Loan Details page , a message “ One or more loan(s) listed in Loan Activity section of BBC do not have participation mapped (configured). This means global values multiplied by % will not equal participation values” appears and the participant section is highlighted in red color.

The information message will also be shown in PDF and EXCEL outputs when you generate the outputs in PDF and EXCEL formats, respectively.
The BBC execution trend report shows the details based on the BBC frequency defined under Client Basic Details page.
