Line & BBA Reserves
The Line Reserves page displays the Credit Lines section and Reserves section.
The Credit Lines section displays the details of the Loan in the following scenarios.
The Reserves table allows the user to add the reserve amount.
Navigation: ABL → BBC Review Manual-Input → Line Reserves
Refer to the Screenshot:
If the user clicks on the button, then the system navigates the user to the Letter of Credit & Reserves page.
If any reserve amount is entered in the Reserves section, then the Cync will reduce the defined reserve amount from the Credit line Limit for the respective client/borrower and display the updated value in the Line Limit with Reserves field.
The Line Limit with Reserves value is displayed under the BBC Availability page and reports such as BBC Management Report, BBC Trend Report, BBC execution trend report, and Client Summary reports.
The Reserves section also lists the Reserves that are added from the Credit Line Loan page and Term Loan page.
The Commitment field displays the sum of the credit lines of all the loans listed under the Credit Lines table.
The Line Limit with Reserves is calculated as follows:
Line Limit with Reserves = Commitment value – Total value of Reserves.
For example,
Commitment value = 13,000,
Total value of Reserves = 1500,
Line Limit with Reserves = 13,000 – 1,500 = 11,500.
